WOW!!! I don’t ever remember a day like this on the water. What fun………….
At the Southwest corner the first two lines brought in 7 stripers. For those of you who do not know, we use frames with 4 hooks on each. There are tubes on the hooks that imitate sand eels which attracts the stripers.
We continued catching striped bass and bluefish at the rate of 3/4 at a time. Needless to say the customers were worn out but very happy. The total was 36 bass and 29 bluefish. Quite a day.
